This is all about ants!

Queen ants

Normally ants that can fly are a male or a young Queen ant.  Queen ants are the only ants that can breed.  Worker ants look after Queens and build tunnels.  Here is a picture of a tunnel that my pet ants have made:

Ants can carry something 10-20 times their own body weight.  If an ant was a human it could lift a  car.  This is a picture of the box I keep my ants inside:

The ants crawl into the tube to eat food.  The tube goes to a box were their food is stored.

A pair of ants will share there food but if you mix two nests they will pinch one another or you could call it a war.  Ants eat dead houseflies and their favorite food is fruit and of course they eat leaves.
