I first discovered my love for being in front of a camera when I was just a toddler. I attended primary school up until the age of six, at which time I left and took up home education. Also at the age of six, I joined a modelling agency. This was the start of my career. My jobs included photographic shoots, TV commercials, programmes and a film.
One job was a Fox Kids promotional video, in which I had to say a line. It was at this point that the very kind Danish director, Carsten, who I am really thankful to, said that he thought I had a fantastic voice and that I could be very successful in voice work. It was at this point that I joined a leading London-based voice and acting agent who agreed to represent me.
I have since become very popular and successful in both voice work and television roles, appearing in well-known productions including Little Britain, Waking The Dead, Murphy's Law, Extras, Eastenders, The Bill, Beaten (film), Thieves Like Us, and many other TV productions along with providing voice talent in countless radio and TV commercials.
Computer Services
I have always been tinkering with computers and programming for as long as I can remember. I made my very first complete website in 1999 when I had just turned 6 years old. It was not until the age of 14 that I began taking an interest in making money from my computing skills.
I began by making websites for people in return for payment. I also created a gaming community website, dedicated to offering cheats for various computer games. The website became popular very quickly, gaining over 1000 members within 2 months of its launch. Starting off as a not-for-profit and free community, the website growth soon proved too much to continue running on free hosting servers, so I eventually decided to charge members 'VIP Access' to the game cheats for a monthly fee in order to pay for dedicated hosting for the website. Due to other interests the website was closed down after about two years.
During that same two year period, 2007 to 2009, I started selling PC games to the members. My good reputation as a game seller grew, and in July 2009 I bought the domain name CJS-CDKeys.com.
Game Selling
After creating CJS-CDKeys.com, I built a simple website on it. Quickly, the website grew until I was selling many games every day. By this time, I was 16 years old, and I registered myself as Self Employed in November 2009. From November 2009, my business started experiencing fast growth. For tax reasons, I had to form CJS CD Keys into a Limited Company in April 2010.
Between April 2010 and November 2011, CJS-CDKeys.com grew to become one of the largest and most reputable game activation code stores online, providing over half a million pounds worth of games to 3.4 million unique visitors each year. Ranked amongst the top 100,000 websites in the world (Global Alexa Traffic Rank), CJS-CDKeys.com took position as the 2nd largest activation code store online, seeing a 58% increase in revenue in that 12 month period.
CJS Sales & Services LTD has since become a key distributor in the game key market, and are now responsible for distributing thousands of PC games every month to customers in over 92 countries.
